This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund for translation purchases made through Click & Translate. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Time limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Translation usage: Refunds are only available if the translations from the order have not been heavily used. If a significant portion of the purchased translations has already been consumed, your refund request may be rejected.
- Previous refunds: If you have previously received a refund for our services, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent refund requests.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after the 24-hour deadline;
- Purchases where most or all translations have already been used;
- Issues caused by misuse of the Service or violation of our Terms of Service;
- Dissatisfaction with translation quality, as translations are generated by third-party AI models and results may vary.

Review process
Our support team will review your request based on purchase details and translation usage. We aim to process and notify you within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the processing times of our payment provider.
Fair use
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair use of our services and to prevent abuse of refund rules. We appreciate your understanding.
